 Chosen by The Hollywood Reporter as one of 20 leading talents aged 35 and under for its Next Generation Asia 2010 list. Has operated his own personal Laboratory since 2017, and is engaged in a first-look contract with Warner Bros. Pictures Japan.Born in Japan. Graduated from Nihon University College of Art, then joined Asmik Ace (now a subsidiary of Jupiter Telecom) and worked in sales, design, and production coordination before entering film production (planning/production services/production coordination).

 After handling Japanese video releases, he transferred to the film production division. Worked as a planning and production assistant on “The Black House” (1999), “Jubaku: Spellbound” (1999), “Fushigi no Tatarichan” (2000), “After the Rain” (2000), “Ring 0: Birthday” (2000), “Isola: Multiple Personality Girl” (2000), “School Day of the Dead” (2000), “Persona” (2000), “Inugami” (2001), “St. John’s Wort” (2001), and “Ping Pong” (2002), then juggled production coordination and investment/design production duties on “Nasu: Summer in Andalucia” (2003), “Hotel Venus” (2004), WOWOW animated series “Paranoia Agent” (2004),  “Tekkonkinkreet” (2006), directed by Michael Arias.

 Other non-film works as a producer include streaming drama series "WE ARE ONE."(2021) ONE PIECE manga Vol.100 / anime Ep.1000 Celebration Movies , the streaming drama series “Let M: Watashi ga Anata o Ai suru Riyu, Sono Hoka no Monogatari” (2012, Bee TV) starring Erika Sawajiri and directed by Yuri Kanchiku; “Pink Spider inspired by Buffalo Gonin Musume” (2013, Uula), a long-form dramatic music video for recording artist Kumi Koda directed by Mika Ninagawa, partly based on a manga by Moyoco Anno; short film “Cowboy Bebop: Don’t Bother None” (2012, blu-ray), the live-action directorial debut of Shinichiro Watanabe; and short film omnibus “Ueno Juri to Itsutsu no Kaban” (2009, Wowow). Planning and assistance include the music video for idol group AKB48’s single “Heavy Rotation,” and “Kokoro no Hane” (2010).
